Fuli Yingkai Plaza is located on the west side of the central axis of the CBD of Zhujiang New Town, with convenient transportation and adjacent to landmark buildings such as Fuli Center, Guangzhou Fuli Grand Hyatt Hotel, Guangzhou International Finance Center, Guangzhou Grand Theater and New Museum. Connected to Xincheng Station.

The project covers an area of 7,942 square meters, with a total project height of 296.5 meters and a total of 65 floors. It is a high-end multi-functional comprehensive property built by Fuli Properties. The project is a flagship project jointly built by a number of top international architectural design companies such as ARUP, SuperPotato, Steve Leung and other top international architectural design companies, which is in charge of the overall architectural design by the famous American GP firm. At the same time, Vteck provides the DALI lighting control system for the designer, which truly realizes the central control of multiple floors and lighting. It perfectly reflects the humanization of lighting design and creates a comfortable working and leisure lighting experience for people.

Fuli Yingkai Plaza is a multi-functional building that represents Guangzhou as a first-tier city. The simple yet recognisable form is inspired by the wide variety of bamboo found in the area, and the asymmetrical openings and the pulsing vertical lines of the curtain wall create a visual effect of movement.

The stripes press against each other as they move upwards, and the dense lines of the base add to the gravitas. The Park Hyatt Guangzhou occupies the top floor of the building, below which are the office buildings, and the underground is connected to the subway.

As the building encapsulates all functions in such a monolithic expression, the design arises primarily in response to the environment. The square tower volume respects the strong geometric lines of the block grid, helping to form a space for experimentation in the block that is closely integrated with the surrounding area.

The gathering language formed by the carving of the corners emphasizes the unique views of different heights, facing the building complex overlooking the street, and the oblique extension faces the nearby central green space and the Pearl River Delta.

The building is closely related to the urban life of the surrounding people, combining intimacy with the experience of a high-end hotel. The hotel's steep drop design and orderly arrival to the ground are carefully designed features that give a sense of calm through a warm colour palette accentuated by the sculptures.

The 60th-floor infinity pool is located at one end of the building, overlooking the panoramic Guangzhou skyline. The representative rooftop garden is located on the 70th floor, and also has a surrounding view, which is a home-like dining and leisure venue.

The lighting concept fully understands the beauty of the architectural form and the tough and atmospheric lines cut by diamonds. The overall effect is interspersed with appropriate delicacy, as if flashing, like the dazzling brilliance exposed by the gaps of gems. It has become an important and elegant piece of memory in the night view of Pearl River New City.
