Over 479 million pixels, 1 million lumens, 30,000 square feet, the largest permanent digital art gallery in the UK

Opening on October 7th, Frameless is a new culturally rich, immersive, multi-dimensional art experience. At 30,000 square feet, just steps from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, it is the largest permanent digital art gallery in the UK.

The project is a collaborative effort between teams from the arts, technology and experiential activities. Among the producers are Emmy Award-winning live content creator FiveCurrents, while the gallery space will be curated by Artscapes UK.

With over 479 million pixels and 1 million lumens of light, Frameless takes the traditional art experience to a whole new level, accompanied by classical and contemporary music played by 158 state-of-the-art surround sound speakers.

Frameless has 4 unique galleries that will be used for interactive displays of 40 masterpieces including works by Kandinsky, Monet, Cezanne, Canaletto, Klimt and Rembrandt.

Salvador Dali once said: "A true artist is not one who is inspired, but one who inspires others."

The first gallery is a combination of projection and mirror, taking viewers on a puzzling journey from surrealism to symbolism to after-impression and more.

Each exhibit uses a relatively independent space, and each has a different style. The VT-C301 1-10V dimmer is used throughout the exhibition, and the lights are reflected on the exhibits by taking care of different backgrounds.

You won't just be looking at extraordinary paintings, you'll be surrounded by them.

Works on display include: The Persistence of Memory (1931) and The Elephant (1948) by Salvador Dali,

As well as works by Munch, Arcimboldo, Lowinsky, Rousseau, Dali and Ernst.

In the second interactive gallery, Colour in Motion, you can paint with your own gestures and movements with the help of motion tracking.

As you travel from Impressionism to Neo-Impressionism and Post-Impressionism, you'll be able to recreate the colorful vibrancy of these outstanding paintings. Waiting for your masterpiece.

You'll be immersed in turbulent oceans, relaxing in idyllic beauty, exploring bustling cities and standing on the edge of fiery volcanoes. From floor to wall to ceiling, every canvas extends into every inch of space.

Everything is on a scale you've never seen before. As you go from Renaissance to Romantic to Post-Impressionism, you go through every painting, always with you at the center.

The final gallery pays tribute to the pioneers of abstract art.

Their art is not a mirror of the world, but a different expression of the world, using vivid colors, shapes and forms.

Here, you'll be invited to wander through a maze where art not only appears to float in space, but moves across multiple layers of translucent surfaces. Get ready to be mesmerized as you bathe in its light and color.
